Start bank auto-renewals early, so memberships never lapse waiting on funds

A club-wide setting starts a bank (ACH) membership auto-renewal a few days early so it settles before the membership renews; the member's renewal date and amount don't change. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

In Settings, Payments, set Start bank auto-renewals early to the number of calendar days before the renewal date to begin the debit (default 5, up to 90 for weekend or holiday cushion)

It closes the gap where a bank payment, which takes 3 to 5 business days to settle, is still clearing on the day a membership would otherwise lapse

The member's renewal date and amount stay exactly the same: only when the charge begins moves, and their receipt reads payment initiated one date, membership renews the date they agreed to

Applies to bank auto-renewals only; card auto-renewals still charge on the renewal date as before. Requires a connected Stripe account with bank payments on
