Find Players for a Group Lesson That Does Not Exist Yet

A member who wants a group lesson you have not scheduled had no way to say so, and no way to find the other people who want the same thing. Turn on a Looking for Coaching list per group lesson type and they raise their hand, see who else is looking, and can talk it through. This update is designed for coaches and players who want a better the coaching experience experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

Members join a list from the coaching tab, on the web and in the app

They see who else is looking, with skill level and a short note about when they are free

Allow posts on a list so a group can sort out a night, or leave it view-only

Staff can take down a post that does not belong

A Looking for Coaching page shows every pool, so you schedule the clinic you know will fill

When a scheduled lesson has empty spots, the pool is your list to contact, using the Email and Text tools you already have

Members never see each other's contact details, those stay with your staff

A minor is shown by short name only, with no city, age or note

A visitor who is not a member sees nothing unless you deliberately opt into showing a count

Turn it on per lesson type when you are ready, nothing changes until you do
