The outstanding balance report: fewer emails, to the right people, with a way off

The daily outstanding balance report now goes to owners by default, arrives only when a charge actually fails, and gives every recipient a one-click way to take themselves off it. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

It joins the Staff Notifications grid, so you choose which roles receive it instead of it going to a fixed list you could not change

It goes to owners by default. If a manager should keep getting it, turn on their column for that row

It only arrives when a charge actually failed, instead of every morning for as long as any balance was outstanding, and it still checks in weekly so a standing balance is never forgotten

Each recipient gets their own copy with a link at the bottom to stop receiving it, no login needed, so nobody has to ask an admin to remove their account access just to stop an email

Recipients no longer see each other's email addresses in the To line
