Staff Notifications: choose who gets alerted

A per-role grid to pick which staff roles get which staff notifications, so the right people are alerted and nobody is buried in noise. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

A Staff, Notifications matrix: rows are notification types, columns are your roles (plus Coaches), each cell a simple on/off toggle that saves instantly

Works whether or not you have set up custom roles: the four staff levels always appear as columns, and custom roles you create show up too

First two notifications: a member requesting a rating evaluation, and a new member signing up

Owner-managed by default, with a can-manage-staff-notifications permission you can grant to other roles
