Staff Notifications: choose who gets alerted
A simple grid to decide which of your staff roles get which staff notifications, so the right people are informed and nobody is buried in alerts they do not need.
One grid, one glance
Open Staff, Notifications and you'll see a matrix: each row is a kind of notification, each column is one of your roles, plus a Coaches column. Tap a cell to turn that notification on or off for that role. It saves the moment you tap, no separate Save button.

The right people, not everyone
Two notifications are ready today: when a member requests a rating evaluation, and when a new member signs up. Turn each on for the roles who should act on it, and off for the roles who should not. Alerts reach your staff in the app and, where relevant, by email. We will add more notification types to the grid over time.
You decide who manages it
By default only owners can change the matrix. If you want a manager or a custom role to handle it, grant them the Manage staff notifications permission under Roles. Each staff member can still turn their own push notifications off in their app settings, the grid decides who is eligible, their own preference decides how they hear about it.
