Open One Non-Member and See What You Collected

Open One Non-Member and See What You Collected

Click a name on the Non-Member Visits report and get their visits and spending on record at your club, split by activity, reconciling to the visit count on the row you clicked. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

A total at the top that is what you collected from that person, less refunds, with each activity card carrying its own amount so the total is the sum of the parts.

Open play, events, lessons, court bookings and purchases at the desk, each with the days they were in. A visit is a DAY, so a day with two activities counts once, which is why the per-activity day counts can add to more than the visit total.

Every exclusion stated next to the number rather than in a footnote: a court somebody else paid for, anything not yet collected, credit you granted or a seat you comped, and league and tournament entries, which are not shown as money because our records cannot tell whether one was refunded.

One line on when they tend to come, as a broad slot rather than a time, and only once there is enough history to call it a pattern.

Where the list shortens a child's name there is no page to open, and the refusal is on the server rather than a hidden link.
