A report that ranks everyone who came to your club and holds no membership, by how many days they were actually there. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

Money then Reports, then Non-Member Visits. Four one-click tiles (10+, 5+, 2+, 1+), and a from/up-to pair for a band the tiles cannot express, like 3 to 6 visits.

A visit is a DAY, so two check-ins on one day count once. Counts event check-ins, court bookings, people brought along on someone else's booking, lessons and open play.

Anyone holding a membership is left off, including an expired or cancelled one, so a lapsed member appears here and is usually the easiest person to win back.

Children show a shortened name with no contact details and no link through, on screen and in the CSV.

Needs View Reports and View Members; the CSV needs the export permission. Nothing to set up.
