Let Members Run a Tab

A member takes a drink now and pays later, your desk sees every line with the time it was rung, and one tab or twenty clear in a few taps. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

Point of Sale, Tabs lists who owes what with the oldest first, your total outstanding above it and 30-day buckets beside it

Tick several and the button says what you are about to charge before you charge it, then reports how many settled and how many are still owing

Each tab is itemized with the item, quantity, price each, line total and the time it was rung, in the club's own clock, with settled tabs underneath

Settle on the card on file, in cash or by check, void a line rung in error, or forgive one the club is absorbing

Send a payment link to a member who has already left, charging exactly what the tab was worth when you sent it

An unpaid tab appears in no revenue report and in no sales tax owed until it is settled, and it lands in the month it was paid

The write-off report splits voided from forgiven and names who authorised each one

Choose it per audience in Settings, Point of Sale, Tabs, with an optional ceiling on each
