A member's club credit now works across all of a multi-location club's sites by default, and you can restrict it to specific locations if you want to. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

Credit earned at one location (from a refund, gift card, or reward) can be spent at another, on bookings, open play, events, lessons, and camps

In Settings, Refund policy, pick exactly which sites accept club credit; leave them all checked and it works everywhere, which is how every club starts

Members see which locations their credit works at on their account page, and the credit option only shows at checkout where it actually applies

A multi-site register picks which location it is ringing up, so credit and sales records line up with the right site; nothing changes for single-location clubs
