Use virtual credit across your locations, and choose where it works
If your club runs more than one location, a member's virtual credit now works across all of them by default. And if you would rather keep it to certain sites, that is your call.
Credit follows the member, not the address
A balance a member earned from a refund, a gift card, or a reward at one location can now be spent at another, on court bookings, open play, events, lessons, and camps. For a member who plays at more than one of your sites, their credit is simply there wherever they are, instead of being stranded at the location it came from.
You decide which locations accept it
Prefer to keep credit to specific sites? In Settings, under Refund policy, a simple checklist lets you pick exactly which of your locations accept virtual credit. Leave them all checked and credit works everywhere, which is how every club starts, so nothing changes unless you choose to change it.
- The control only appears for clubs with more than one location
- Leave every location checked for credit everywhere (the default)
- When you add a new location, we ask right there whether credit should work there too
Members always know where they stand
Their account page tells them which locations their credit can be used at, and at checkout the "apply credit" option only appears where it actually applies. No one is ever shown a discount the register then refuses, and the amount charged always matches what the member is shown.
The front desk stays lined up
At a multi-site club, the register picks which location it is ringing up sales for, so virtual credit and your sales records line up with the right site. Single-location clubs see none of this; their register works exactly as it always has.
Safe by design: nothing changes for a single-location club or for any club that leaves every location checked, the amount charged always matches what the member is shown, and it is a setting you control. Free on every plan.
