Put Players Into a Lesson, and Take Them Out

Lessons had no way to add a player. Now you can seat players when you create a lesson or any time after, add a walk-in who has never used Picklebeast, and remove someone with the refund handled right there. This update is designed for coaches and players who want a better the coaching experience experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

Add participant on any lesson, with a real call to action in the empty state instead of a dead end

Seat players while creating a lesson, from the Lessons form or the court-calendar quick create, and anyone over capacity is named rather than silently dropped

Add a walk-in by name and email: we create the account, give them a guest membership, and email them a link to set their password

A full lesson offers to raise the maximum by one and seat them, instead of just refusing

Remove an unpaid player outright, or refund a paid one all or in part, to their card or as club credit, with package lessons returning the package credit

A failed refund leaves the player on the lesson rather than removed and out of pocket

Coaches can add players from the app; refunds stay in the club admin where refund permission is enforced
