You set the number and choose which sessions count, and when a member reaches it they get a free open play pass and an email saying so, with nothing for your front desk to issue. What's Included

One field sets the number, and leaving it blank keeps the card off

A switch per event, per series, or as an event type default, so $5 mornings can sit outside the card

Only sessions somebody actually PAID for count: membership-covered, comped and guest-pass seats earn nothing

A refund or an undone check-in takes the punch back, but a reward already given is never clawed back

Moving a member between sessions moves their progress with their money

The earned pass is open play only, is not transferable, and expires twelve months after it is earned

Your desk can apply it at check-in for a member who cannot sign in
