Hide the Check-In Code Until They Pay

A new setting so a player who registered but has not paid does not get a check-in QR code, and is prompted to pay now or at the front desk instead. For clubs that take a card on file but charge later. This update is designed for club managers who want a better club operations experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

When on, a player who owes with no way for you to collect it (no card on file, or a failed charge) gets no check-in code: they see a 'Payment needed, $X due' message, plus an email and an Unpaid Balance banner on login

They fix it in one tap: pay now from their account, or pay at your front desk when they arrive; the moment it is paid, their check-in code comes right back

Your front desk is never blocked: staff can always still collect at the desk (Tap to Pay, a payment link, or a manual card) and check the player in

You control it under Setup, Money, Unpaid check-in experience: turn it on and choose who it applies to (members, non-members and guests, or both). Off by default, applies across reservations, open play, events, and lessons, and never charges anyone on its own. Every plan
