Flag any product as a Demo fee, and any staffer who can ring a sale can charge it at checkout once they pick the customer, so the fee is always tied to a real person

A Demo Fees page lists everyone with an unapplied demo fee and how long ago they paid, linked from your Point of Sale rail and shown on the customer's profile, so you never have to remember who paid

Apply it in one tap: the fee comes off the purchase total and the price you see is the price that is charged

Honest with money: the credit is computed on our servers, applied once and never for more than it is worth, a member can never self-issue one, and refunds are guarded, refund the demo before it is used and the credit is cancelled, but once applied to a purchase the fee cannot be refunded on top
