Add Someone Without Selling Them a Membership

You could not put a person in your system without also selling them a membership. Now you can add a non-member directly from your Non-members list: a name, an email, and they are in. No tier, no charge. This update is designed for clubs and players who want a better the platform experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

• Members, then Non-members, then Add non-member. No tier, no payment step
• An email that already has a Picklebeast account adds that person, instead of a second copy of them
• Ends the dead end where staff were told an account already exists with no way forward
• Nothing is emailed unless you tick a box, and both boxes start unticked
• Optionally email them any documents your club needs signed
• An existing account is never sent sign-in details, so nobody's login is disturbed
• They appear in your Non-members list with an Added by staff tag
• Full profile: fix their name, add credit, take a payment, send documents
• Selling them a real membership later works normally, nothing gets in the way
• They do not count as a new member in financial reporting, because they have not joined
• Needs the same permission as adding a member
