A Rented Paddle Earns the Same Credit as a Demoed One

Add a paddle to a court booking as facility equipment and the rental fee now earns credit toward buying that paddle, the same credit a demo fee at the register already earned. This update is designed for clubs and players who want a better the platform experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

Rent a paddle on a court booking and the fee earns credit toward buying that paddle later, so facility equipment is both the right place to rent and the place that earns the credit

Tick the box once on the rental product. The credit shows on the same Demo Fees page and the same customer profile, and applies at the register in the same tap

It stays truthful when the booking changes: move the booking to a cheaper slot and the credit follows the new fee, so nobody ends up holding more credit than they paid

Refund or forgive the rental and the credit is cancelled. Forgive part of it across several rentals and each one's credit drops by its own share. A rental you comped earns nothing, because nothing was paid

Worth knowing before you switch it on: rentals from the last thirty days earn their credit too, not only new ones, so a player who rented last week gets it under the policy you just chose

Why This Matters

A Rented Paddle Earns the Same Credit as a Demoed One addresses a real need for clubs and players. Add a paddle to a court booking as facility equipment and the rental fee now earns credit toward buying that paddle, the same credit a demo fee at the register already earned. By building this directly into the platform, clubs and players save time and get a more reliable experience — no workarounds, no third-party tools, no spreadsheets.
