Team-Based Competition Series

Captain-driven team competitions with tiered flights, automated scheduling, weekly lineup management, and live standings — all managed from one dashboard.

How It Works

A controlling organization creates the series. Captains build rosters, register their teams, and pick a home facility. The CO groups teams into flights, generates the schedule, and the season begins — home and away matches every week until the top teams advance.

Key Features

🏆

Tiered Flights

Group teams into flights by geography or skill. Each flight plays a round-robin — every team faces every other team over the course of the season. Top teams advance to the next tier.

📅

Automated Scheduling

Generate balanced home-and-away schedules with one click. The system handles week numbering, venue assignments, and ensures every matchup is covered.

📋

Lineup Management

Captains submit weekly lineups right from the app — assign players to courts, adjust for availability, and lock in the lineup before match night. Admins can view all lineups from the dashboard.

📈

Live Standings

Standings update automatically as results are entered. Win/loss records, point differentials, and flight rankings are always current for players and admins alike.

For Captains

Everything a captain needs to run their team lives in the app. Build your roster, invite players, submit lineups, and share your team page — no spreadsheets, no group texts.

Team creation — Name your team, set your home facility, and invite players via share link or in-app search. Players accept from a notification and they're on the roster. Lineup submission — Each match week, pick which players are on which courts. Adjust right up until match time. The opposing captain and admin can see the lineup once it's locked in.

For Club Admins

Admins manage the entire series from the club dashboard — create tiers, organize flights, assign teams, enter results, and track standings across every flight in the season.

Flight management — Create flights within each tier, drag teams in, and generate schedules. Result entry — Enter match scores from the schedule view. Lineup visibility — See both teams' lineups for every match. Demo generator — Spin up a fully-populated demo series with teams, flights, schedules, and results to explore the feature before going live.

Push Notifications

Players and captains stay in the loop with targeted notifications at every stage of the competition.

Invitation response — captain is notified when a player accepts or declines

Team approved — captain and roster get notified when the CO approves their team

Schedule published — all teams in a flight are notified when the season schedule drops

Match result — both teams are notified when a result is entered for their match

Lineup submitted — players on the lineup are notified of their court assignment
