Revenue Share Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Picklebeast Revenue Share Program ("Program") allows tournament and league organizers ("Organizers") to earn a portion of platform fees collected from events they create on the Picklebeast platform. By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Picklebeast account in good standing
- Create tournaments or leagues through the Picklebeast platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where such revenue sharing is prohibited
3. Revenue Share Structure
Organizers are eligible to receive 50% of the platform fee collected from each participant registration in their tournaments and leagues, subject to the following:
- The current platform fee is $5.00 per participant registration
- Your share equals $2.50 per participant registration
- Revenue share applies only to paid registrations processed through Picklebeast
- Free events or events with external payment processing are not eligible
- Picklebeast reserves the right to modify the platform fee and revenue share percentage at any time with 30 days notice
4. Payment Terms
Revenue share payments are subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum payout threshold: $25.00
- Payouts are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings
- Payments are made via the same method used for event payouts (Stripe Connect)
- You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment processor
- You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings
5. Affiliate Tracking
If you were referred to the Program through an affiliate link or code:
- Your events may be tracked for attribution purposes
- This tracking does not affect your revenue share percentage
- Affiliate tracking is for Picklebeast's internal analytics only
6. Organizer Responsibilities
As an Organizer in the Program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event information and pricing
- Fulfill all obligations to participants (running the event, providing promised services)
- Handle participant communications professionally
- Comply with all venue requirements and local regulations
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage if required
- Not engage in fraudulent activity or artificially inflate registrations
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Revenue share is calculated on net registrations:
- If a participant receives a refund, your revenue share for that registration will be reversed
- If you cancel an event, no revenue share will be paid for that event
- Picklebeast may withhold revenue share payments pending resolution of disputes
8. Program Modifications and Termination
Picklebeast reserves the right to:
- Modify these terms with 30 days written notice (via email)
- Change the revenue share percentage with 30 days notice
- Suspend or terminate your participation for violation of these terms
- Discontinue the Program entirely with 60 days notice
Upon termination, you will receive any earned but unpaid revenue share for completed events, less any amounts owed to Picklebeast.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Picklebeast's liability under this Program is limited to unpaid revenue share amounts
- Picklebeast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Picklebeast makes no guarantees regarding the number of registrations or earnings
- You participate in this Program at your own risk
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picklebeast, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your events or interactions with participants
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Any third-party claims related to your events
11. Independent Contractor Status
Organizers are independent contractors, not employees of Picklebeast. This Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Picklebeast.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
