A waiver that actually gets signed

Author your liability waiver once, and the platform enforces it — members, staff, coaches, and even account-free guests are stopped at their first commitment until they sign. Browsing is never blocked.

How it works

  1. Author your waiver in Club Admin and choose who must sign it — members, staff, coaches, or guests.
  2. A user can still browse freely. The waiver only appears at their first commitment — booking a court, registering for an event, joining open play, or booking a lesson.
  3. They sign in one tap: type their name, check the box, and confirm. The signature is stamped with their IP, device, the timestamp, and the exact waiver version.
  4. A signed PDF copy is emailed to them. The original action proceeds, and they won't be asked again until you change the waiver.

Built for legal defensibility

Enforced at commitment

The gate fires only when someone tries to book, register, or join — never just for looking around.

Guests included

A new "Guests" audience lets you require a waiver from anyone booking without a membership.

Fully audit-stamped

Every signature records IP, user-agent, timestamp, a version hash, and a snapshot of the exact text signed.

Emailed signed copy

The signer receives a rendered PDF of what they signed. Signatures are immutable once recorded.

Re-prompts on edit

Change the waiver text and everyone is re-gated for the new version at their next commitment.

Fails open

If the system can't compute the gate, it allows the action — a paying customer is never wrongly blocked.
