How Credits Work
Credits are a simple, flexible way to prepay for court time and club services. The club issues credits, players see their balance, and credits are automatically applied at checkout.
Two Models
Flexible Credits
A general-purpose wallet balance that can be applied to any court booking or club service. Issue credits as rewards, refunds, or promotional incentives — players spend them however they want.
Credit Packages
Structured bundles like “10 Court Sessions” with savings built in. Players buy a package upfront and redeem sessions one at a time. Great for driving repeat visits and offering bulk discounts.
For Club Admins
Manage credits from the admin portal with full control over issuance, expiration, and reporting.
Issue credits individually or in bulk — add credits to one player or an entire membership tier at once
Set expiration windows — credits can expire after a set period or never, depending on your policy
Track usage and transaction history — see every credit issued, spent, expired, or refunded
Automatic refund to credit balance — when a reservation is cancelled, credits return to the player automatically
Player Experience
