Click Offboard on any staff member and you see exactly what the club gave them before anything happens: admin access, their comped membership, the employee-management seat, an open time clock, business cards. Confirm, and it is all stripped in one click, with the page repainting in place.
It protects the person, and your customers
- It never touches their personal Picklebeast account, their games, or a membership they pay for themselves.
- If a membership looks self-paid, we won't cancel it unless you explicitly say so.
- A coach's upcoming lessons are never cancelled out from under a paying customer, they are flagged for you to reassign.
Set it and forget it
Give a new hire a start date and their access turns on automatically that day, with the set-password invite already in their inbox. Give someone a termination date and the offboard runs on its own, with a reminder the day before. Changed plans? Edit, cancel, or run it now. And a deactivated staffer can be reactivated any time.
