Pair a signing iPad right where you need it, in one step
Setting up a front-desk tablet to collect signatures used to send you off to the TV Displays screen. Now the "Set up a device" link opens a guided pairing window in place, and the iPad is ready to collect signatures in about a minute.
No detour to the TV screen
When a walk-in owes a document and no tablet is paired, you used to click "Set up a device" and land on the TV Displays page, which is really about lobby screens, not signing. Now the same link opens a Pair a signing tablet window right on the page you were already on. You never lose your place in the sign-up.
Three simple steps
- On the iPad, open your club's /tv address. It shows a 6-character code.
- Type that code into the pairing window and click Pair.
- The iPad is now a signing station. The document you were collecting shows up ready to send to it, right away, with no page refresh.
The window also lists the tablets you have already paired, so you can see what is connected and unpair one any time.
Free on every plan
A signing tablet is included for every club, no matter your plan, and it does not require the TV Displays add-on. Pairing one gives you a signing station, nothing more: it does not turn on lobby TV templates, broadcasts, or ad rotations.
Everywhere you collect documents
You can pair from all the places you already ask for a signature: registering a walk-in, collecting documents from a member's profile or your Members list, and the front-desk setup card in your Guest Experience settings. Whoever can register members can pair a tablet, so the person at the desk can just do it.
It reads the same paired-device and signing setup Picklebeast already uses, so a tablet you pair here works with every signing flow. It changes nothing about which documents your club requires, it just makes getting the iPad ready far less fussy.
