How it works

  1. Create a bookable resource in Club Admin — give it a name, mark it member-bookable, and set flat or hourly pricing.
  2. Members open the rooms area in the portal or app, pick a date, and see exactly which windows are free.
  3. They book a window at the right price for their membership tier. One active booking per window — never a double-book.
  4. Add the Rooms & Events widget to your own website so visitors can browse your rooms next to your public events and classes, then route straight into the booking flow.
