Know when registration opens, and get a nudge the moment it does

The problem it solves

When your club opens registration on a members-first or advance window, members forget when it starts, so staff end up sending a manual "registration is open now" email every time. Now the event or open play says so itself, and members can ask to be reminded, so the nudge is automatic and nobody has to guess or keep refreshing.

A clear pre-open card, everywhere members look

Any event or open play whose window has not opened yet shows a Registration opens card with the full details and the date, in your club's local time. As it gets close, the date turns into a live countdown. The card appears on every surface:

• The member portal on the web
• The mobile app
• Your embedded booking widget, and your public pages, so a visitor sees when to come back

Remind me, and we do the rest

A signed-in member taps Remind me, and the instant their registration window opens we send a push notification and an email so they can grab a spot before it fills. Each member sees and is reminded at their own window, so a member gets the earlier members-first time while a guest gets the public time, and the reminder fires at exactly the moment shown on the card.

Respectful by design

• A member is reminded once per event, never repeatedly.
• Anyone can turn these reminders off any time from notification settings.
• It changes nothing about who can register or when, it only shows the window you already set and notifies the members who asked.
