Booked and recorded in one flow
Recording lives right where members already book. When the court supports PlaySight, a "Record your match" section appears in the booking summary. They toggle it on, the price folds into their total, and they pay once. On courts without cameras, nothing shows — no clutter.
It just happens after they pay
- We schedule the PlaySight cameras automatically once payment clears — no one has to remember to hit record.
- When the match ends, the full video and the AI highlight land in the member's Player Hub, with a "your video is ready" push notification.
- Their match statistics and shot heatmaps appear on their profile.
- If a recording ever fails to schedule, the fee is refunded automatically — the member is always made whole.
Your club sets the price and keeps the money
You choose what Match Recording and AI Highlights cost — with separate member and non-member rates — and the revenue is yours. Setup is self-serve from Facility → PlaySight: connect your PlaySight account, sync your courts, map each camera to a court, and set your prices.
PlaySight recording is available on the Pro and Elite plans and is off by default — turn it on when your club's cameras are ready. Recording of players is subject to your club obtaining the required consents; you acknowledge this responsibility in-product when you connect.
