Active Members counts real members
Guests and non-members who only signed a waiver or made a booking used to inflate your Active Members number. Now it counts only real members, so it matches the count on your Members list exactly. Nothing to set up, it reads the memberships you already have.
Today's Revenue, in place of Active Events
The old Active Events tile is gone, and in its place is Today's Revenue: what your club has collected today across every source, court reservations, memberships, lessons, packages, point of sale, events, and camps. Open the breakdown right on the page to see each source, and the net after any refunds, without leaving the Overview.
Court Utilization that counts everything
Court Utilization is now the real number. It counts every way your courts get used, reservations, lessons, open play, and events, not just reservations. A pie breakdown shows the mix by source, and a dropdown switches between today, the last 7 days, and the last 30 days, updating in place as you choose.
Revenue stays private to the right staff
Dollars are treated as the sensitive number they are. Only staff with permission to view reports see any revenue figures on the Overview, and everyone else gets useful operational tiles in their place, never a blank spot. It changes no price and no charge. Free on every plan.
