Is the Organizer account really free?
Yes. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no commitment. We charge a $5 service fee per registration, but only when you collect entry fees from players. If your events are free, you pay nothing.
What do I need to collect payments?
You'll need to connect a Stripe account (free to create). This lets us send player payments directly to your bank account. You can set up Stripe during or after account creation.
Can I still run free events as a Player?
Absolutely. You can create up to 2 active events with up to 16 players each, entirely for free. Many people use Picklebeast this way for weekly pickup games with friends.
What if I manage a club or facility?
Clubs get everything organizers get, plus court management, memberships, coaching, and more. See club plans.
Can I upgrade from Player to Organizer later?
Yes, anytime. Just tap "Become an Organizer" in the app or visit this page. Your existing events are preserved.
