There is no monthly fee. The Organizer Portal is free to use. Picklebeast charges a $5 platform fee per registration when players sign up for your events.

You control who pays. Absorb the $5 fee into your registration price, or pass it to the player as a service fee at checkout. Same goes for the Stripe processing fee (2.9% + $0.30). Mix and match however you like.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a regular Picklebeast club?

A regular club account includes court scheduling, memberships, coaching, open play, and more. The Organizer Portal strips all of that away and gives you just leagues, tournaments, staff, TV displays, and financials — the essentials for event organizers who don’t manage a facility.

Do I need a physical location?

No. You can run events at any venue. Just enter the venue address when creating your league or tournament and players will see it on the event page.

Can I add staff to help manage events?

Yes. You can invite staff members who get access to your organizer dashboard. They can help manage leagues, tournaments, and check-ins.

What payment methods do players use?

Players pay with credit or debit cards via Stripe. You connect your Stripe account during onboarding and payouts go directly to your bank account.

Is the $5 fee per player or per team?

Per registration. If one player registers, that’s one $5 fee. If a team of four registers individually, that’s four $5 fees.

Can I upgrade later without losing data?

Yes. Upgrading to a full club account preserves all your leagues, tournaments, staff, players, and financial history. You just gain access to additional features like courts, coaching, and memberships.
