See how many members joined, by tier and by monthly vs annual
Pick any date range and see exactly how many members joined, broken down by tier and by whether they pay monthly or annually. The everyday question, how many joined this week, and the strategic one, are they choosing monthly or annual, answered in one place.
The full report, on the Growth tab
Open Member Analytics and go to the Growth tab. Set the date range at the top of the page, then read the New Members by Tier and Interval table. It counts everyone who joined in that window and splits them into six rows, each tier as monthly and annual, with a total at the bottom.
- Pick a window: today, the past week, this month, this quarter, this year, or a custom range
- See Core Monthly, Core Annual, Elite Monthly, Elite Annual, and so on, each with its count
- Read the total to see how many joined in the window overall
A quick view on the Members list
Right on your Members page, the summary donut has a By tier and billing view. Switch to it to split your current members the same way, tier by tier and monthly vs annual. Click any slice to filter the list down to just those members.
Made to be trusted
Joined counts a member from the day they were added, and counts them even if they later cancelled, so the number reflects real sign-ups in the window, not only who is still active today. It reads the tier and billing your memberships already carry, so there is nothing to set up, and it never changes a price or a charge. If a member shows under a Not set row, their billing interval simply has not been recorded yet.
