How it works
- A member checks in at the kiosk, by QR, or with staff. The platform recognizes who they are the moment they're confirmed present.
- If it's their birthday, the kiosk and their app celebrate, and they get a push to their phone.
- If that check-in crosses a milestone you configured ("your 25th open play!"), it's recognized — counted from real attendance, not registrations.
- Connected TVs play a few-second full-screen celebration overlay, then return to whatever they were showing.

Configurable milestones
Recognize loyalty at thresholds you choose — 25th visit, 100th open play — counted from real attendance.
