Change the price, update the participants

When you edit the price on a lesson that already has people signed up, you get a quick prompt: update the ones who haven't paid yet? Say yes and their owed amount moves to the new price right away. Anyone who has already paid is left completely untouched, so a price change never reaches into settled money.

Set the price when you create the lesson

Building a lesson from the coaching schedule now lets you type the price you want instead of being stuck on the lesson type's default. Set it once, up front, and skip the edit-it-afterward step.

Group lessons credit the coach on the real total

For a per-person group lesson, the coach is now credited on what the whole session actually brings in, not a single seat. Four players at $40 credits the session at $160, and it keeps up as players join or drop, so coach earnings and reports reflect the true numbers.
