Guest passes, under control
Three governance controls so guest passes stay a perk and not a loophole — cap how many one member can redeem, let members re-gift a pass they received, and keep rollover balances from accumulating without bound.
Three controls, independently configurable
Redemption cap
Limit how many passes any one member can apply per period. Past the cap, the booking simply proceeds as a normal paid booking.
Cap can't be bypassed
The cap is enforced everywhere a pass can be redeemed — reservations, open play, and events — so it holds across surfaces.
Re-gift a received pass
A member who received a shared guest pass can forward it to another invitee instead of letting it go unused.
Rollover clamp
For rollover-enabled clubs, cap the accumulated guest-pass balance after each cycle so it stops growing without bound.
Unlimited stays unlimited
Leave the maximum blank or zero and rollover stays unlimited — the clamp only kicks in when you set a ceiling.
Off by default
Each control ships off. Turn on only the ones your club needs; existing behavior is preserved until you do.
How a redemption cap behaves
- Set a per-period redemption cap for the club (for example, two redemptions per month).
- A member applies a guest pass to a booking — it works, and counts toward the cap.
- Once they hit the cap, the next pass won't apply.
- Instead of being blocked, the booking just proceeds as a normal paid booking — no one is refused, the perk is simply capped.
