Gift cards that spend only at your club
Sell dollar gift cards good for bookings, lessons, events, open play, and the pro shop. The money is yours; the value stays at your club.
Three ways to buy
Members buy from the portal
Any member can buy a gift card for a friend from their account — pick an amount, add a message, and it's on its way.
Anyone buys from your website
Embed a gift-card widget on your own site. A visitor with no account picks an amount, verifies their email, and pays — the sale runs on your Stripe account and drives traffic to your pages, not ours.
Staff sell at the front desk
Collect cash at the register and issue a card in one step from the POS. Hand the buyer the code or email it to the recipient.
How the recipient redeems it
- They get a secured, club-branded email link — a page on your club's site, not a raw code.
- If they don't have an account yet, they create one right from the link (email one-time code, no password).
- The value lands as club credit, ready to spend on bookings, lessons, events, open play, and the pro shop — only at your club.
Gift cards never expire, and they're untaxed at purchase — tax is collected when the card is spent on taxable goods, so there's no double-tax.
Clean books for the club
The Gift Cards overview keeps the cash-backed balance you owe (real money received, redeemable later) separate from promotional comps (marketing giveaways with no cash behind them), so your outstanding-liability number is honest. If you refund a gift-card sale, the card is automatically voided — no double-dipping. And your delivery email is fully editable with your brand voice and dynamic fields, with the Picklebeast default as a fallback.
