Find your private events, and change access in bulk
Ran a batch of events as private and now need them public? You can filter your events by access level, see at a glance which are private, and flip a whole group of them at once, instead of opening each one.
Filter by access level
Your events list and your calendar now have an Access filter. Pick Public, Members only, Private, or any combination, and the list narrows to just those events. Every private and members-only event also wears a small pill right on the row, so you can spot the ones set the wrong way without opening a single edit screen.
Change access for many events at once
- Filter to the events you want (for example, all your Private ones).
- Select them, or click Select all.
- Pick the access level you want and confirm. We show you exactly how many events will change, and a reminder that public events are visible to anyone.
The list repaints with the new access levels right away. No opening events one by one, no manual refresh.
Or open the full bulk editor, pre-filtered
Prefer to change several things at once? A Bulk edit button opens the Smart Bulk Editor already scoped to the events you filtered, so you are editing exactly the set you meant to.
A clearer single-event edit, too
When you edit one occurrence of a recurring series, a hint now reminds you that "This event only" changes just that occurrence. To change access for the whole series, pick "This and future" or "All events", so a change actually lands where you expect it.
It reads the access settings your events already carry, so there is nothing to set up, and changing access to public always shows a clear confirmation first. Changing event access needs permission to manage events. Available on every plan.
