Select anything, then edit everything

On your events list, check the events you want (or click Select all), then click Bulk edit selected. The full editor opens on exactly those events, across whatever series they belong to, ready to update every field: title, description, type, location, times, capacity, pricing, waitlist, skill, visibility, and more, applied to the whole selection in one step.

Full parity with editing one event

• Publish or unpublish a whole batch of events at once.
• Set the exact date and time registration opens for members and the public, in your club's timezone.
• Where competitions are enabled, designate a batch as competitions and pick a format.

Careful where it counts

Publishing a batch never revives a cancelled or completed event. Setting one registration open time leaves the other untouched. Competition designation only touches plain events, and leaves any that already have a live competition alone, with a clear note, so nothing is quietly torn down. And whole-series pricing still applies only when your whole selection is a single series, so a bundle price is never fanned across several series by accident.

Clear a batch, too

Prefer to remove events instead of edit them? Select them and cancel or delete the whole group together, with the same refund choices you get one at a time.

It reads the events your club already has, so there is nothing to set up. It needs permission to manage events (and refund permission to issue refunds), and it never changes a price or charge on its own. Free on every plan.
